As our Fuels Technical Advisor your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support Energy & Power sector specialist in delivering our fuel services offer to key critical power segment customers
  • Own key admin responsibilities relating to our fuel services offer such as sampling reporting and 3rd party works (tank cleaning, filtration, tank tests etc)
  • Scope, cost and deliver key projects relating to fuel services. Project manage 3rd party services
  • Review and develop our fuel survey / sample reporting offer, process and documentation
  • Produce all fuel survey / sample reports prior to issue
  • Provide an understanding and technical knowledge of fuel products and their applications to support WP Group business objectives
  • Technical sales support and technically led business development activities
  • Lead company initiatives for fuels in anticipation of regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of oil industry legislation, informing the wider business of any key changes
  • Maintain and develop a technical understanding of product specification, acting as a go to for the wider business for detailed product information
  • Collaborate with and support Sales in new business activity with technical expertise
  • Support the development our alternative / green fuel offering to identified market sectors
